PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver with a receiving distance limiting circuit mounted on a general vehicle and for receiving warning sound of an emergency vehicle within a receiving distance limiting range with respect to an emergency radio wave transmitted from an ambulance and a patrol car traveling in an emergency situation and a danger prevention warning transmitter that interlocks with a hazard switch for an emergency parking and stopping of vehicle. SOLUTION: This receiver with a receiving distance limiting circuit is connected to a downstream side amplifier (AF), a power amplifier (PA) and a speaker (SP) which are not affected by a power/volume switch (SW-3) of the conventional type car radio circuit via a receiving antenna (A-1), a frequency conversion circuit (Conv Mix), an amplifier circuit (IF), a detection circuit (DT), a switch changeover circuit (SW), decides the strength of the emergency radio wave with the working of the receiving distance limiting circuit, and notifies an emergency first-aid signal of the emergency vehicle from the speaker (SP) of a car radio in the case of being within about 300 m of a receiving distance. A danger prevention alarming radio wave is also transmitted from a transmitting antenna (A-2) via a hazard interlocking switch (SW-2).
