摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new manufacturing method capable of efficiently mass- producing a turbine frame turnably holding a variable blade in a VGS-type turbo charger. SOLUTION: This method comprises a process for preparing a blank material punched out to integrally have a boss formation part 24a and a flange formation part 23a as a formed and fabricated material W used as the original shape of a frame segment 21, and a deep drawing process for projecting the boss formation part 24a of the formed and fabricated material W to the flange formation part 23a. In the deep drawing process, the boss formation part 24a is pushed out by a punch 63 while holding the flange formation part 23a of the formed and fabricated material W by a dies 61 and a plate presser 62, and the process is performed with the inclination of a temperature in such manner that the boss formation part 24a of the formed and fabricated material W is located at a low temperature side, and the flange formation part 23a is located at a high temperature side during the process.
