PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multilayered pellets of which the each is scarcely causing adhesion to the others, is excellent in handleability, and has a specific copolymer of a polyolefin resin excellent in a flexibility-giving effect as a core. SOLUTION: The multilayered pellets are each composed of a sheath comprising a component (A) and the core comprising a component (B) and/or a component (C), wherein the component (A) comprises a crystalline polyolefin resin (A), the component (B) comprises an olefin copolymer composed of two or more kinds of olefins selected from the group consisting of ethylene, propylene, and a 4-20Cα-olefin as essential components, so that the olefin copolymer has the total number of carbon atoms of the ethylene, propylene, and 4-20Cα-olefin of >=6 and satisfies the inequity (1): [y/(x+y)]>=0.30 [x is a content of the ethylene (mol%); and y is a content of the 4-20Cα-olefin (mol%)], and the component (C) comprises (C-1) a copolymer composed of a vinyl aromatic compound and a conjugated diene compound and/or (C-2) a hydrogenated product of the copolymer (C-1). |
