PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ionic conductive porous film having both ionic conductivity and strength and adhesiveness by itself and a polymer gel electrolyte obtained from the ionic conductive porous film. SOLUTION: This ionic conductive porous film is obtained by supporting a polymer crosslinked body made by polymerizing a polyfunctional monomer or the polyfunctional monomer and a monofunctional monomer in the presence or absence of a polymer and an electrolytic salt on a porous film substrate and has 180 deg. peeling adhesive strength in 20 mm width of >=0.2 N by itself. This polymer gel electrolyte comprises the porous film substrate, a polymer crosslinked body which is the polymer crosslinked body, supported on the porous film substrate and is swollen with an organic solvent and an electrolytic salt.
