PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a polyester film preventing an oligomer deposited on the film surface by heat treatment, or the like, without inhibiting curing of a silicone which is a mold release layer. SOLUTION: This polyester film is a laminated film having a coating layer on one film surface. The polyester film is characterized as follows. A compound having amino group is present in the coating layer and the ratio (N/Si) of Kαintensity derived from N and Si detected with fluorescent X-rays is within the range of 0.015-0.35. A mold release film is characterized by forming a silicone mold release layer curing by an addition-type crosslinking reaction on the coating layer surface of the polyester film.
