CEMENT STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement structure having a top coat layer which has antifoulancy and is capable of being easily cleaned and less prone to generate cracks and exfoliations for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The cement structure has such a structure that the top coat layer comprising organopolysiloxane as a main component is laminated on a base material comprising cement-based hardened body through a primer layer. The primer layer is formed by using a primer composition, and the value of the pencil scratch test of the surface on which the top coat mentioned above is formed is not lower than B when the value is measured on the base material, and the thickness of the primer is 10 to 100μm.
