PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, that analyzes and deletes reply documents as a reply for Fax DM and validates transmission when receiving a succeeding Fax DM reply. SOLUTION: A computer (4) is connected to a composite machine (2), and the proxy receiving system for reply document of Fax DM enables the computer to receive reply documents sent from customers, and to analyze and delete the documents.
