PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional far infrared heater and a heating apparatus using the same carries an electric current to a radiation part with a circuit formed by using reinforced glass and ceramic material as a radiation plate, and radiates a far infrared ray from a surface by conducting heat to the surface of the radiation plate, while a material of the radiation plate itself is vulnerable against an impact, and it takes a long time to generate the far infrared ray. SOLUTION: This minus ion generating far and near infrared heater and far and near infrared ray heating apparatus using the same includes radiation part which uses a metal plate formed of aluminum and a steel plate with excellent impact resistance as a radiation plate material, and forms circuits different in a density width on a rear surface of the radiation plate, an infrared ray radiating part with a ceramic material for generating a near infrared ray and a far infrared ray applied on a front surface of the radiation plate, and an ion generating part with fine ceramic for generating negative ions and a wave applied on an upper part of the front surface of the radiation plate.
