PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable detection of abnormalities of a stem pin at a forming process, where the stem stays under high temperature. SOLUTION: Pin pressing shafts 6 are formed, corresponding to the arrangement of the stem pins 3 prepared in this stem 1, in an upper mold tool 5. This pin pressing shafts 6 are movable in the direction along with the pressing direction of the stem 1 by the upper molding tool 5. Moreover, a fiber sensor 7, which detects the existence of this pin pressing shafts 6, is formed. If the stem 1 is pressed by the upper mold tool 5 in order to mold the stem 1, the pin pressing shafts 6 contact the stem pin 3, and are pushed up by only the predetermined quantity. At this time, the existence of the abnormality of the stem pin 3 is detected by detecting the existence of the pin pressing shafts 6 by a fiber sensor 7.
