PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement apparatus which eliminates the anxiety with reference to the rumbling of a resident house and which specifies the cause of the rumbling of the house, so as to take measures for reducing the generation frequency o the sound-pressure level of the rumbling of the house. SOLUTION: The measurement apparatus is provided with a first detection part (1), which is arranged in a place estimated to be the generation source of the rumbling of the house so as to detect the state of vibrations, strains or the like at the place, a second detection part (2) which detects the generation cause of the rumbling of the house such as the temperature, humidity or the like, recording parts (7), (13) in which detection data by the first and second detection parts (1), (2) are recorded in a time-series manner, a microphone (3), which is arranged at the place which is estimated to be the generation source of the rumble of the house, so as to fetch the rumble of the house and a sound recording part (15) which records a sound captured by the microphone (3).
