PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device with which a fluctuation of an image forming plane of an optical element of an optical element driving device is decreased as possible. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a charge coupled device(CCD) holder 14, a guide shaft 8 which slidably supports the CCD holder 14 in the direction of optical axis O and a voice coil motor(VCM) for driving the CCD which is so composed that the center of the exerted thrust is dislocated in the direction of approaching to a guide axis 8 from the optical axis O according to the disposed position of a magnet 16 fixed on the CCD holder 14 via a yoke.
