PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a low-cost electrodeposition drum which exhibits high adhesion between an inner drum and a top skin, has satisfac tory electric conductivity, and has excellent practicality as well. SOLUTION: An electrodeposition drum in which the outer circumferential face of an inner drum 1 is provided with a top skin 2 is produced. In this production method, copper is thermally sprayed on one surface of a sheet material 10 for the inner drum 1 to form a copper thermal spray layer 3, and the sheet material 10 for the inner drum 1 is bent and deformed so that the copper thermal spraying layer 3 comes to the outside to or the inner drum 1, and the top skin 2 is fitted to the inner drum 1.
