PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based silanolated urethane-based resin composition having innovative quickly drying properties, capable of keeping the strong initial tackiness for a long time, having suitability to sticking operation of a water-based adhesive, such as suitability to strong contact adhesion, and enabling real adhesion. SOLUTION: This water-based silanolated urethane-based resin composition is obtained by formulating (A) a synthetic material, water and a basic material. The synthetic material (A) is obtained by reacting (a) a polyisocyanate compound, with (b) a polyol compound free from an anionic group and having 500-3,000 molecular weight, (c) a polyol compound free from an anionic group and having <500 molecular weight, (d) a polyol compound having the anionic group and (e) an alkoxysilyl compound having a secondary amino group while regulating the ratio of NCO group of the component (a) to the total OH group of the components (b) to (d) so as to be 1.02-1.2, and the ratio of the OH group of the component (c) to the OH group of the component (b) so as to be 0.1-4.0.
