PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin sheet formation agent giving resin sheets which have excellent heat resistance, excellent transparency and low water absorption, are free from a problem of coloration, further have excellent solvent resistance, and are especially suitable for photoelectronic elements. SOLUTION: This active energy ray-curable resin sheet formation agent comprises a di(meth)acrylate represented by the general formula (1) [R<1> is an alkylene; R<2> is H or methyl; (a) and (b) are each independently an integer of 1 to 5].
