PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a ceramic laminate, which is capable of eliminating generation of steps in the ceramic laminate by the thickness of the conductor patterns and protecting the ceramic laminate against deformation, reduction in insulation resistance, and short circuit, even if ceramic green sheets are each reduced in thickness and increased in the number of layers. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises a first process of forming an organic resin film 4 on the top surface of a ceramic green sheet 1, between conductor patterns 3 and the top surfaces of the adjacent conductor patterns 3; a second process of applying ceramic paste on the organic resin film 4 between the conductor patterns 3 for the formation of a ceramic pattern 5; a third process of laminating a plurality of the ceramic green sheets 1, each having the conductor pattern 3, the organic resin film 4, and the ceramic pattern 5 into a tentative laminate; and a fourth process of pressing the tentative laminate into a laminate 9, while it is heated up to a certain temperature at which the organic resin film 4 is melted. |
