PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OLED(organic LED) display which does not constitute a space, enables to form a sealed structure not requiring a drying agent, and is extremely thin. SOLUTION: A first electrode 3 is formed on a transparent plastic substrate 1 with a gas barrier film 2 coated, and an OLED film 7 containing OLED material is laminated on the first electrode 3. A second electrode 10 is formed thereon, and ultraviolet ray curing resin 13 is applied on an outer periphery around a sealing film 11, is adhered to the plastic substrate 1 with the OLED film 7 laminated in a vacuum chamber, is irradiated with ultraviolet rays, and is cured and adhered. |
