PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance photoelectric conversion efficiency and perform efficient heating operation by heat pump, by performing the cooling operation without causing dew condensation in a solar cell, and effectively collecting exhaust heat of the solar cell with an evaporator. SOLUTION: Since this equipment is equipped with a heat pump circuit 19 which has a solar cell panel 13, a blast means 14, and a capacity-variable compressor 9, an evaporator 12 which is provided in the heat pump circuit 19 and exchanges its heat with that of the air having passed the solar cell panel 13, and a compressor capacity control means 21, this equipment has such constitution that the solar cell is separated from the evaporator 12, whereby this never causes dew condensation in the solar cell, and the cooler cell is cooled and the photoelectric conversion efficiency improves, and this performs necessary heating capacity adjustment, corresponding to the quantity of insolation and the temperature of outside air, and this can set the evaporation temperature higher than the atmospheric temperature by, for example, lessening the number of revolutions of the compressor when the quantity of insolation is large and the temperature of the air supplied to the evaporator 12 becomes high by the recovery of exhaust heat of the solar cell, thus this can perform rapidly efficient heating operation, securing the heating capacity of the heat pump. |
