PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system, where a person requesting advertisement of a shop, or the like, can insert an advertisement superior cost effectiveness by grasping the customer attraction effect of an objective advertisement easily. SOLUTION: A user of a navigation system NA sets a route, with reference to delivered advertisement information and reaches a target shop 10, while being guided by the navigation system NA. When a memory card 312 is removed and inserted into the terminal of a shop facility ST, attendance data indicative of actual coming to the shop is written in the memory card 312. When that memory card 312 is inserted into the navigation system NA, the attendance data is transferred to the advertisement provider facility SP of an advertisement provider 20, payment for introduction charge is requested to the shop 10 from the advertisement provider facility SP and introduction charge is paid from the shop 10 to the advertisement provider 20. A special benefit is provided from the advertisement provider facility SP to the user of the navigation system NA for provision of the attendance data. |
