PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent loosening of a second strut member without using an exclusive anti-loosening member such as a C-shaped snap ring. SOLUTION: Since a latch part 62b of a positioning spring 62 is wound around a latch groove 60c of a third connecting pin 60 throughout an angle range >=200 deg., the latch part 62b is maintained latched to the third connecting pin 60 even when the positioning spring 62 breaks due to rust or the like, and there is no fear of the second strut member 44 coming off a shaft part 60 and loosening from a brake shoe 12. Since the exclusive anti-loosening member such as the C-shaped snap ring is unnecessary, the number of components is reduced, bothersome assembly work is unnecessary, and the device is inexpensively composed.
