PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinch valve capable of easily reproducing flow rate setting, capable of preventing excessive tightening, and superior in operability. SOLUTION: This pinch valve is constituted of an adjusting nut 1, a handle 2, a bonnet 3, a clamping piece body 4, an elastic tubular body 5, a main body 6, and a connection part at both sides of the main body. The adjusting nut 1 is housed in the handle 2 movably to upper and lower directions. The handle 2 is supported on the bonnet 3 rotatably and unmovably to the upper and the lower directions. An upper part of the clamping piece body 4 is screwed into a female screw part of the adjusting nut 1. A male screw part along an opposite direction to a male screw part at the upper part is provided on an intermediate part of the clamping piece body 4 and is screwed into a female screw part of the handle 2. A flange part 14 is provided on a lower part and a clamping piece 15 is provided on a lower end. The elastic tubular body 5 is housed in the main body 6 so as to form a flow passage, and is pressed and brought into contact and released by movements of the clamping piece 15 to the upper and the lower directions. The valve is opened and closed by rotation of the handle 2, and the flow rate is set by rotation of the adjusting nut 1.
