PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a livestock excreta treatment method and a livestock excreta treatment device in which the excreta can be treated in a state suitable for its storage and treatment and a treatment cost can be reduced by reducing expenses necessary for a drying process. SOLUTION: Dry livestock excreta A charged in a hopper 31 of a hot air supply device 30 forming the livestock excreta treating device 10 is supplied to a combustion chamber 35. Dry hot air D heated by heat generated upon combustion of the dry livestock excreta A is supplied to a dry drum 51 of a livestock excreta drying device 50. Non-dried livestock excreta B charged in a second hopper 42 of a livestock excreta supply device 40 is supplied to the dry drum 51 so that water included in the non-dried excreta B is adsorbed and separated by the dry hot air D to be dried. The excreta A discharged from the dry drum 51 is charged to the hopper 31 of the hot air supply device 30 to be used as fuel for generating hot air D. Livestock excreta incinerated ash C discharged from the combustion chamber 35 is accumulated in an incinerated ash accumulating place 39.
