摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide iron based alloy powder which has improved fluidity, and to provide a magnet compound. SOLUTION: The compound contains first iron based rare earth alloy powder having the average grain size of 10 to 70 μm, and in which the aspect ratio of powder grains is 0.4 to 1.0, and second iron based rare earth alloy powder having the average grain size of 70 to 300 μm, and in which the aspect ratio of powder grains is <0.3. The mixing ratio between the first iron based rare earth alloy powder and the second iron based rare earth alloy powder lies within the range of 1:49 to 4:1 by volume base.
