PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce defects in reading a bar code provided on the surface of a tire as much as possible by one bar code reader. SOLUTION: A bar code reading device 1 is equipped with the bar code reader 2 which reads the bar code of a bar code label 10 stuck on the tire T and an angle varying means 3 which varies the read angle of the bar code reader 2 for the bar code by swinging the bar code reader 2 while holding it within the read distance range (read depth) of the bar code reader 2 for the bar code. |
