PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve conversion efficiency of a power converter in a solar cell module integrating a solar battery module body including a solar battery and a power converter for converting the output power of the module body. SOLUTION: A material, having a small thermal conductivity, is used as a member 205 of a protection vessel for protecting the power converter fixed to the solar battery module body including the solar battery, so that heat is not easily transferred to a power conversion circuit 201 from the high- temperature solar battery module body. Meanwhile, a material, having a large thermal conductivity, is used as a member 206 of the protection vessel for fixing the power conversion circuit 201, so that heat generated in the power converting circuit 20 is made to release easily. |
