PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program for efficiently making the demand and supply plan by calculating and displaying a stock violation index obtained by converting a degree of violation stock generated in each stock management unit into an abstract value, with respect to a stock violation index calculation processing program for making a computer to perform the calculation of the stock violation index indicating the degree of stock violation which is a problem on stock management. SOLUTION: A stock transition table forming means 11 forms a stock transition table by getting the warehousing and shipping date and warehousing and shipping amount from a warehousing schedule master 22 and a shipping schedule master 23 by each stock management unit, and a zone dividing means 12 divides the stock transition table into zones on the basis of the safety stock upper limit/lower limit and the safely stock time limit obtained from a safety stock determining master 21. A stock violation index calculating means 14 calculates the stock violation index of the violation stock with respect to the zone extracted by predetermined order, and applies the maximum value as the stock violation index of the stock management unit, and the stock violation index displaying means 15 displays the stock violation index on a display device. |
