PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element showing excellent conversion efficiency, the photoelectric conversion element manufactured by the method, and a photocell using the photoelectric conversion element. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for the photoelectric conversion element having a conductive support body and a layer of semiconductor fine particles with adsorbed dye, the semiconductor fine particle is treated by a compound represented by the following formula: (A1 -L)n1 -A2 .M (wherein, A1 is a group with a negative charge; A2 is a basic group; M is a cation neutralizing the negative charge of (A1 -L)n1 -A2 ; L is a divalent bonding group or a mere bond; and n1 is an integer of 1-3). |
