PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly realize the buying-in and stock management with respect to a commodities management system for managing delivered commodities, a commodities management program and a recording medium. SOLUTION: This commodities management system, the commodities management program and the recording medium comprise a means for generating the inspection data by reading the information on the delivered commodities, a means for receiving the delivery data sent through a network, a means for collating the inspection data and the delivery data generated when the commodities are delivered, and classifying an agreed part or a part corresponding to the delivery data into the receiving inspection data, the non-receiving inspection data, and the unmatched data, a means for returning the receiving inspection data, the non-receiving inspection data and the unmatched data to a corresponding supplier through the network for reflecting the same, and a means for reflecting the receiving inspection data, the non-receiving inspection data and the unmatched data in the stock. |
