PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make registration or change applications to a plurality of DBs, in which pieces of information in an organization are stored through by proxy application for the constituent members of the organization who do not have a personal IDs. SOLUTION: This information managing device 12 has an electronic mail box 27, the electronic mail box 27 is connected with a terminal 23 to be used by the constituent members of the organization via a network 23 and is made accessible to a group work management server 10 and DBs 15, 16, 18, 19. The information managing device 12 determines whether or not an employee number, inputted from the terminal 23 by the constituent member of the organization authenticated by the server 10, belongs to one of the constituent member of the organization; when the employee number is determined as not belonging to one of the constituent member of the organization, performs the proxy application to the DBs 15, 16, 18, 19 by the constituent member of the organization and transmits an electronic mail, to inform to the effect that a proxy application has been performed to an electronic mail file of the electronic mail box 27 accessible by the constituent member of the organization, to whom the employee number is provided. |
