PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that security against a crime is lacking in utilization of an unmanned store at night or in cash transaction by a visually handicapped person in money paying/receiving operations by directly having cash in hand when utilizing an automatic cash transaction machine. SOLUTION: There are provided: a portable safe box which can be easily carried and which has a mechanism part for communication with an external terminal with which the position of a moving object can be confirmed such as a car navigation system or the like; and the automatic cash transaction machine with which transaction processing can be performed by putting the safe box in the slot of the transaction machine while locking this safe box.
