PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively easily realize even the technique of complicated automobile repair conventionally performed only by a specialty store. SOLUTION: An information acquisition method regarding the automobile repair constructed by using a computer is provided with: a step S101 of accessing the data base of a server where information regarding the repair method and repair procedure of automobiles is registered from the terminal of a client through a network; a step S102 of retrieving the information regarding the desired repair method and repair procedure from the data base through a retrieval means; a step S103 of displaying the retrieved information on the display means of the terminal; and a step S104 of printing required information among the displayed information.
