PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing method of a light emitting device, which performs high quality image display even when a pinhole is formed in forming an organic compound layer, capable of preventing contamination of a device in repairing. SOLUTION: An electric current flowing in an EL element when a reverse bias voltage is applied is made to be reduced by applying a reverse bias voltage at every fixed period of time to an organic luminous element. Furthermore, the contamination of the device when the reverse bias is applied is prevented by preventing from containing an ion with high mobility such as Li, Na contained in a negative electrode as much as possible. Such a negative electrode is preferably AlMG, and MgAg. |
