摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for light wavelength conversion which make it possible to manufacture an all-solid ultraviolet laser oscillator which stably attains high conversion efficiency and is practical by using nonlinear optical crystal, e.g. single-crystal lithium tetraborate LB4. SOLUTION: The system is equipped with a green laser oscillator 10 which oscillates coherent light of 532 nm in wavelength and single-crystal lithium tetraborate LB4 (hereinafter LB4) crystal box 23 where the light from the green laser oscillator 10 is made incident as the incident light. In an LB4 crystal box 23, LB4 which converts the incident light and emits projection light of 266 nm is arranged satisfying a phase matching angle and a heating device which heats and holds this LB4 crystal at 200 to 600 deg.C is incorporated.</p>
