PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition capable of being used suitably as a housing material such as an OA equipment, e.g. a computer, printer and a home electric utensil such as a television, an audio apparatus and having excellent impact resistance and flame retardant property. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition consists of (A) a thermoplastic resin, (B) a flame retardant, and (C) a polytetrafluoroethylene-containing mixed powdery material consisting of polytetrafluoroethylene particles having <=10μm particle diameter and organic polymer particles consisting of a compounded rubber containing a polyorganosiloxane and a polyalkyl(meth) acrylate.
