PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a siloxane oligomer having a functionalized alkyl group. SOLUTION: This siloxane oligomer expressed by the general formula I or II [wherein, (x) is 0-1,000 integer; (y) 1-1,000 number; the substituting group R's are each the same or different and consist of the functionalized alkyl group, a 1-18C alkyl, a 1-4C alkoxy, advantageously methoxy or ethoxy group, a 1-4C haloalkoxy, phenyl, an aryl, an aralkyl or hydroxyl], and containing at least 1 functionalized alkyl group per one oligomer molecule is provided.
