PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bistatic Doppler radar system equipped with a receiving station having a two-plane switching antenna for observing two dual Doppler analysis ranges. SOLUTION: This bistatic Doppler radar system having the two-plane switching antenna is equipped with a transmitting station T comprising a Doppler radar and the bistatic receiving station R installed at a prescribed distance from the transmitting station T. The bistatic receiving station R has the two-plane switching antenna ATa and ATb for observing by one receiver, two arc-shaped dual Doppler analysis ranges on both sides of a base line BL determined by the transmitting station T and the receiving station R.
