PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-like member mounting structure which is capable of improving workability, when a first plate-like member (holder) is mounted on a second plate-like (chassis). SOLUTION: Screw insertion holes 6 and L-shaped engaging pieces 8, which are each composed of a base 9 extending from the undersurface of a holder 1 at a spot near the hole 6, and a boss 10 which is extended from the tip of the base 9 as bent, are provided to the holder 1, and a threaded hole 13 is provided to the boss 10 in the direction of thickness. Engaging holes 24, where the engaging piece 8 can be inserted respectively and through-holes 25 each communicating with the screw insertion hole 6, are provided to a chassis 2. After the engaging pieces 8 are inserted into the engaging holes 24, the holder 1 is made to slide, so that a part of the chassis is retained between the bosses 10 and the undersurface of the holder 1. The screw insertion hole 6, the through- hole 25, and the threaded hole 13 are made to communicate with each other, a screw 31 is successively inserted into the holes 6 and 25 and then screwed in the threaded hole 13, by which the holder 1 is fixed to the chassis.
