PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternative method for forming a high density conductor without increasing the cost for high density photolithography. SOLUTION: The method for magnetically patterning the conductor comprises a step 100 for forming a magnetic pattern on a magnetic material, a step 102 for depositing a substance selectively gathering in accordance with the pattern of the magnetic material on the magnetic material and a step 104 for forming a set of conductors by letting the substance control the pattern of the conductors.
