PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device to be mounted on portable equipment, which reduces distortion and stress generated when impact force is applied, and realizes a thin and light disk recording medium. SOLUTION: The rotor assembly is constituted in a manner that a disk part 2 has an information recording medium layer 4 on a main surface substantially forming a plane and a slope 2a provided on an opposite surface so as to be constantly made thin in plate thickness from a predetermined circumferential position from the center to an outer peripheral end, and rotary cylindrical part 3 is integrated as a rotary shaft part on the opposite surface so that a central axis is orthogonal to the main surface through the rotational center of the disk part 2. The rotary cylindrical part 3 is rotatably supported by a bearing part having a bearing sleeve, the central axis of the rotary cylindrical part 3 is set as a rotary central axis 6, and the rotor structure 10 is rotary- driven by a motor. Further, on the opposite side of the surface where the rotary shaft part of the disk part 2 is located, a very shallow dishlike recess is formed on the center surface of the main surface.
