PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime prevention device with a crime suppression function which has a sufficient crime suppression function to an intruder and also can also avoid damage by a crime suppressing means such as tear gas even through a person concerned in the crime prevention device erroneously intrudes into an alarming area. SOLUTION: This crime prevention device with a crime suppression function is provided with a sensor part 1, an alarming part 2 and a crime suppressing part 3. The sensor part 1 detects a human body within a prescribed alarming area A. The alarming part 2 generates sound or light based on detection by the sensor part 1 and perform alarming over a fixed time t1. The crime suppressing part 3 generates a large volume of sound, a large quantity of light and a medium that directly acts upon the human body to perform a crime suppression operation.
