FLOOR MATERIAL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material having the equivalent design as a conventional wooden flooring material and having waterproofness on the surface of the individual floor material and a joint part of the floor materials and to provide the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The floor material laminates a thermoplastic resin-made decorative sheet 2 continuous over at least upper side parts 131 and 151 of sides 13 and 15 on the whole outer periphery from the upper face 11 of a base material 3 for a flat plate-like floor material. In the case that a groove pattern 18 is provided on the upper face 11 of the base material 3 for the floor material, a decorative pattern 2 is laminated along the inner face of a recess part of the groove pattern 18. The lamination of the base material 3 for the floor material and the decorative sheet 2 is preferable in a vacuum molding method or a soft rapping method.
