PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that can ensure the function of a ground anchor by ensuring the soundness of a tension member to eliminate the breaking danger of the ground anchor when the tension of the ground anchor increases exceeding an allowable value. SOLUTION: An anchor part of the head of this ground anchor is provided with a load control device for controlling the tension of a ground anchor tension member to a specified value. The load control device can be formed as a device provided with a mechanical lock mechanism based on frictional force, or a mechanism using a shearing key.
