摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a fertilizer which contains a citric soluble phosphoric acid as another component in spite of a slow-acting potash fertilizer with the lesser consumption of the heat required for heating of raw materials and is simplified in process steps. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the slow-acting potash fertilizer consists of the step of adding the potash raw materials 5 into a molten iron holding vessel 1 housing molten iron 2 subjected to dephosphorization treatment and dephosphorization slag 4 formed in this dephosphorization treatment of the molten iron, a step of fusing the dephosphorization slag and the potash raw material by blowing gas for stirring into the molten iron and stirring the molten iron and a step of cooling the slag formed by the fusing to solidify the same. A component regulating agent may be added to the raw material after the dephosphorization slag and the potash raw material are fused. A material consisting essentially of SiO2 is preferably used as the component regulating agent.
