PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleaching agent composition for a wash, a detergent and a disinfectant, manifesting an excellent bleaching action at low temperature in a bleaching system using a peroxide compound and to provide an improved bleaching agent composition for bleaching an artificial tooth, a vital tooth or a non-vital tooth. SOLUTION: This bleaching agent composition includes the peroxide compound and a compound selected from gallic acid esters expressed by general formula (I) as a bleaching activator. (R<1> , R<2> and R<3> are the same as or different from each other and each an amino group, a lower alkyl group, a lower alkenyl group, an aminoalkyl group or a (substituted) phenyl group, R<4> is H, a lower alkyl group, a lower alkenyl group, a catechin skeleton, a gallocatechin skeleton or a glucose skeleton). |
