PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of customers visiting a movie theater by improving customer service for leaving in the middle of a movie or re- appreciation of the same title. SOLUTION: On the side of the movie theater, when a ticket is vended, a card 10 is issued. When visiting the theater, a customer inserts the card 10 into a card reader 1 of a fee settling device. In a control part 7, the time of entering is recorded on the card 10 by a card writer 2. When leaving the theater in the middle of the movie, the customer inserts the card 10 into the card reader 1. When leaving the theater within one hour, in the control part 7, a fee to be returned corresponding to the time watching the movie is recorded on the card 10 by the card writer 2 and the card is delivered to the customer. The returned fee can be used for the fee of the next admittance. |
