PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time and labor of collating each chart and appropriately rearranging them performed by a worker delivering the chart while they are not arranged in the order of utilization since in principle about 1,000 charts scheduled to be utilized next day are extracted almost altogether in the order convenient for retrieval from enormous charts in a chart keeping container in a large hospital. SOLUTION: A chart rearranging device (40) controlled through a LAN (30) depending on reservation reception (11) or the like and performing arrangement in a prescribed order is provided and guiding lamps (51-55, 50n) guiding the worker are lighted so as to rearrange the charts extracted from a chart keeping container (7) in the order on the device (40). For that, a chart identification means (8) specifying the chart by a barcode attached to a chart file is provided and chart sorting sections (41-45, 40n) where an identified chart is guided to an inserting destination by a guide signal (26) corresponding to the barcode are provided. |
