PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and light manual input device capable of ensuring operational feeling. SOLUTION: This manual input device is provided with a sun gear 32, three plant gears 52, a motor 10 whose output shaft 11 is fixed with the sun gear 32, a ring gear case 60 where inner peripheral face is integrally formed with a ring gear 62, a carrier 50 rotating according to the revolution of the plant gear 52, a carrier shaft 51 formed at the carrier 50, a controlling member 40 formed so as to be faced through the plant gear 52 to the carrier 50, a knob 80 fixed to the carrier shaft 51, a code board 31 integrally formed with the sun gear 32, a light emitting part 35, a light receiving part 36, a connector 37 for outputting a detection signal from the light receiving part 36, a substrate 34 to which those parts 35, 36, and 37 are connected, a main body case 70, a bracket 20 for fixing a motor to the main body case 70, and a controller 100 for controlling the motor 10 according to a detection signal from the light receiving part 36. |
