PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information update processing device with which information related to a position can be updated into latest information. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an object extracting means 11 for generating a subject by extracting a relevant image or object part photographed in video from related information 30A with position information in a storage means 30 on the basis of acquired image information and position information, an object comparing means 21 for comparing this subject with the related information corresponding to the position information related to the relevant subject which is stored in the storage means 30 and an object updating means 22 for updating the related information stored in the storage means 30 on the basis of the subject when it is decided that two kinds of information are different.
