PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent data provided by WWW, etc., from being altered. SOLUTION: Edition permission or not information attached to document data is represented by using a tag between <;>; and attribute designation in the tag. Namely, a part placed between the following tags shows change inhibition with <; protected>;<;/protected>;, a part of changeable = 'No' is change inhibition between <; notprotected>; and <;/notprotected>; and all the same is inhibited, and meanwhile, a part of changeable = 'Yes' shows to be changeable. The tags, such as the above tags are attached, in such a manner that a device for document preparation makes a change inhibition/ permission instruction, and a device for document edition can change only a part, where a change is permitted in such a manner that a text box is displayed. |
