TONER CARRIER AND IMAGE FORMING DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner carrier and an image forming device using the toner carrier capable of stably forming a high-quality image over a long term without causing image irregularity even in the case of high-speed consecutive printing. SOLUTION: The toner carrier having a conductive elastic layer is capable of forming a visible image by carrying non-magnetic one-component toner on its surface so as to form the thin film of the toner, and supplying the toner to the surface of an image forming body while coming into contact with or coming close to the image forming body. A semiconductive surface layer where two or more kinds of resin are coexistent is formed on the conductive elastic layer, and the resin includes at least the 1st resin whose elongation percentage at the time of rupturing measured in conformity to JIS K7113 is <10% and the 2nd resin whose elongation percentage at the time of rupturing measured in conformity to the JIS K7113 is >=10%. The image forming device constituted by attaching this toner carrier is provided.
