PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more drastically reduce possibility that an electric wire in a cord is ruptured in an electronic flashing device or an electronic illuminating device where a light emitting part and a controller part are constituted separately compared with a conventional manner. SOLUTION: In the electronic flashing device or the electronic illuminating device constituted by coupling the light emitting part and the controller part through the cord in which the electronic wire is inserted, a filament is arranged to pass through the cord, and the light emitting part and the controller part are coupled through the filament.
